A couple hours ago while at work, I seemed to have broken out in a rash on my face with a mild tingling and burning sensation. I was very red and my ears were flaming red also. I looked like a tomato. It also appeared on my hands and a little bit on my arms. It took maybe 30 minutes to dissipate and then afterwards I had a mild headache and mild neck ache and was very pale and very tired. I m at home now and I m not sure if I should go to ER or what.
